First of all, you didn't get the meaning of the title. Why? Because you are the only one who are reacting on this (thousands of people already downloaded this free file) or maybe you don't have brain at all. Oops.
Second, when there is a word "Pattern" doesn't mean that it refers to a .PAT file. You're the only person says that for the record. Why? Because you live in the internet world (not in real world).
Last, FYI, the title refers to a black background (which is supposed to be plain color) that was made of Pattern and Texture. Understand?
Before saying any reaction, analyze first the meaning of it and read the "DESCRIPTION". And, don't forget to always bring your "COMMON SENSE".
